International firm seeks IP lawyer with Trade Marks experience for 12 month fixed term contract role.
The joining the Brand Management team of this international firm, the successful candidate will provide advice on brand related issues (contentious and non-contentious) as well as manage a trade mark portfolio. the role will also include conducting trade mark oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions before the UK IPO and the EUIPO and
management and co-ordination of such actions worldwide.
Application are sought from either qualified Intellectual Property solicitors or Trade Mark Attorneys who are able to work autonomously and must have prior experience of managing a large trade mark portfolio. Applicants must have extensive trade mark experience as well as wider IP knowledge.
This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
