Veritas Partners are pleased to be working on a number of Corporate and Venture Capital Associate/Senior Associate opportunities with arguably London's fastest growing Corporate team.
This City law firm have experienced exponential growth over the last two years, and now boast a highly regarded mid-market M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practice.
The firm's plans over the next two years include significant further investment across their core sectors, with continued development of the London Corporate team as a key goal. There will be excellent opportunities for career progression as the team develops.
The existing team has recently brought in a number of exceptional senior lawyers from US and Magic Circle law firms and is well recognised within Chambers and other publications. The work primarily focuses on mid market M&A, both domestic and international. The firm also boasts a market leading Venture Capital practice, focusing on a wide range of international work across Europe, Asia and the US.
As part of the next phase in this development, the firm are now looking to speak with Corporate Associates or Senior Associates with upwards of three years' experience across M&A and/or Venture Capital, both those based in London or considering relocation. Candidates at Counsel and Partner level are also encouraged to get in touch as the firm is currently extremely active in the market and looking to bring in further lateral hires.
