Due Diligence Paralegal

Hugely successful international Law Firm is looking to hire a team of 5 temporary paralegals to work on a due diligence commercial matter, which will involve LIBOR.  Previous experience of LIBOR, working on facility/financial agreements or paralegal work from within a financial institution is required.  This review is looking to hire both English and French speaking reviewers (one French & English speaker required) as the some documents will be in French language.  This review is to start asap, most likely week commencing 1^st February 2021 for initially two to three weeks so candidates need to be able to start asap and have no holidays booked over the next four weeks.  Applicants need to be law graduates or have the GDLP with strong due diligence experience regarding the required work.  Standard hours will most likely be 35-40 hours a week with this review remote working.  Applicants need to be UK based and this be their sole legal job.  Hourly rate will be £12.36 per hour for PAYE workers and £16.11 per hour for Ltd Co./Umbrella Co. workers.
