Locum Childcare Solicitor (OUTSIDE IR35) – up to £50 per hour – West Midlands – Remote Working
 
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Solicitor (Outside IR35) with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.
 
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months on a remote working basis with potential attendance in the office thereafter. Our client is ideally looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis, however part time candidates will also be considered.
 
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with strong knowledge of Childcare Law gained within Local Government.
 
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities which may include:

  • Managing a varied and interesting Childcare caseload consisting of both pre-proceedings and advocacy in court

  • Handling care cases, pre-proceedings and attending PLO meetings among other duties

The role is offering an attractive rate of up to £50 per hour Outside IR35 dependent upon experience.
