Senior Private Client Solicitor / Partner, Kent - An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Private Client solicitor to join a leading, regional firm. 

JOB TITLE: Senior Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £60-70,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy team in Kent. You will handle a busy caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: dealing with wills, LPA’s and inheritance tax planning; assisting with estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax issues (escalating more complex matters to the partner where necessary); Court of Protection work; trusts and agricultural estates; probate matters. You will be expected to play an active role in the successful development of the practice by networking and participating in marketing events.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have at least 6-8 years’ PQE and will be comfortable handling their own caseload as well as providing guidance to more junior members of the team. You should be able to demonstrate solid communication skills and a passion for private client law.
