Corporate M&A Lawyer
A leading US law firm is seeking a mid level Corporate Lawyer for its London team on a fixed term contract for six months.
The Corporate practice carries out a broad range of international Corporate transactions including: public and private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers and joint ventures, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory matters.
The firm are ideally looking for a lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE but will look outside of this range for exceptional candidates.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer having trained and qualified at a leading firm in London. They will have excellent academics with a minimum of a 2 at degree level and experience from a leading City or US firm.
The firm pay top US rates and offer an excellent benefits package.
