A commercial property solicitor with around 1-6 years PQE is being sought by an established and highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in St Albans and Radlett.
The ideal commercial property solicitor will be able to handle a caseload of sales and acquisitions, investment and owner occupied commercial property, portfolio management and property aspects of company sales and purchases. You will act for clients in the corporate/office, medical, finance and leisure sector on high value and complex transactions and should be able to maintain the high service level the firm offers these clients.
Experience and an interest in business development and marketing would be preferred and a strong academic record and experience from a London or leading regional firm would be ideal.
