Company Solicitor (Commercial Litigation)

Hays Legal are delighted to working with an exciting company in Belfast that are seeking to recruit a solicitor with commercial litigation experience to join their In House Legal team.

Your new role

In your new role you will handle a broad range of litigation matters not limited to but including, Contract Disputes, Investigations, Tax, Fraud and Judicial Reviews. This will be a very broad and interesting litigation role.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be a qualified solicitor with 3 YRs PQE +
• You will have Commercial Litigation experience gained in Law Practice or In House.
• You will be qualified in Northern Ireland, England & Wales or the Republic of Ireland.
• You will have the experience of running your own caseload and working autonomously
• Dual qualification in Northern Ireland & England & Wales would be of benefit but is not essential.
