COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate to join our prestigious client’s internationally regarded team. This is an opportunity to work in a leading commercial disputes teams in the South. This is a role with considerable client contact, a large amount of responsibility and experience of a wide range of disputes often involving complex subject matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the Firms busiest disciplines.  The CDR team has considerable breadth and depth with expertise across a variety of sectors and services including:

• energy and natural resources
• financial services • healthcare
• IT and communications
• luxury retail
• media
• pharmaceutical
• sport

Expertise includes:

• contractual disputes
• financial services claims
• minority shareholder actions
• professional negligence
• shareholder activism
• crisis management (including corporate criminal/regulatory liability)
• fraud and asset tracing matters

The role will cover a wide range of Commercial Dispute related work. This is a role with considerable client contact, a large amount of responsibility and experience of a wide variety of disputes, often involving complex international subject matters.
