The Role:

A Top 50 Law Firm in London are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their full-service Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team with a supportive environment and a focus on securing the right outcome for the client. Working in a fast-moving sector, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve their technical skills and will present lots of interesting work.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, both litigated and pre-litigated. You will be responsible for conducting relevant investigations, liaising with claimants, solicitors, clients and counsel, obtaining documents, instructing experts and achieving financial and chargeable targets.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor ideally between NQ and 2 PQE. You will a have genuine interest within the healthcare sector of law and demonstrable clinical negligence experience.

You must have excellent communication skills and technical ability, the ability to multi-task and prioritise as well as confidence in working to strict deadlines and targets. Strong teamworking skills are paramount and you will also be expected to demonstrate your own initiative.

The company are fully set-up for remote working.
