Planning Solicitor, East Sussex – 5+ PQE, A public sector body in a stunning part of the South East are open to applications from Planning Legal experts seeking their next move (relocation package considered)

JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: East Sussex
SALARY: £45,000 - £58,000
THE ROLE: Our client is a public sector body located in a beautiful town in the South East of England. They are looking for an expert Lawyer to expand their existing team. You will direct and lead the planning team acting as a principal advisor of the planning committees. Your day to day duties will include however, not be limited to:
• Dealing with complex planning matters
• Section 106 agreements
• Conduct of planning litigation
• Drafting of enforcement notices
• Negotiation of section 106 agreements
• All planning related documentation
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have in excess of 5 years PQE working as a Planning Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. You will be a professional who can offer quality and proficient advice on legal planning matters. Ideally you will have experience of working within the public sector and an understanding of working well within a team. Some experience of managing a team would be an advantage.
