A reputable national housebuilding company is seeking to recruit a junior paralegal to join its thriving team. This unique opportunity in Wolverhampton offers a junior paralegal complete flexibility with combined home/office working, real progression due to a progressive internal structure and an excellent benefits package.
You will be expected to handle your own small caseload of s38/278/104 agreements and other ad hoc matters to include sales and lease extensions. Your role will involve dealing with historic queries, running and updating reports, ordering property searches and assisting senior colleagues when required on land acquisition and disposals.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have had at least one year’s experience dealing with the above matters. Applicants without relevant experience cannot be considered. The company is looking for a driven, enthusiastic person who is able to work in a high-pressured environment and to tight deadlines. In return, the company offers a discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus Christmas closure and flexibility to work from home.
