JOB TITLE: Family Fee Share Consultant
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: Circa £50,000- £80,000 depending on following.

THE ROLE:
A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Family Solicitor to join a modern and progressive law firm within West Midlands. The firm is looking to extend their expert Family team with a dedicated and passionate Self Employed Consultant who can join them on a Fee Share basis. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) who would be keen to consider a self-employed consultancy position with existing instructions to work on. From this you will receive an agreed percentage of your fees, as well as the back office support in place at this well-established firm. This position will enable the successful Self-Employed Consultant to work on a flexible basis, either part-time or from home as desired. The successful Family Solicitor will be a confident and professional individual with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law gained in a respectable law firm. You should have experience of dealing with your own advocacy and experience of marketing and managing a full caseload within a well-regarded law firm.
