Corporate Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract
Top 20 UK law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The work will focus on a mix of M&A, private equity, capital markets and corporate finance. Clients include well respected UK and international law firms, accountancy practices, real estate firms, financial services and insurance businesses and hedge funds, as well as architects and patent and trade mark attorneys.
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with upwards of 3 years' PQE from a recognised City or US firm.
Candidates should be available at short notice.
