In-House Construction Solicitor

My client, a specialist residential property portfolio asset manager, is seeking a construction solicitor to join its in-house legal team based in London.

You will be joining the in-house legal team which provides legal and compliance support across the company. The team has a focus towards building safety and compliance. 

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Providing expertise and advise on construction and acquisition contracts including building contracts, development agreements and agreements for lease
• Advising on a wide range of residential landlord & tenant disputes and compliance issues linked to building safety
• Providing internal advice and analysis on both contentious and non-contentious issues, with a particular focus on remediation projects
