Corporate & ECM Solicitor

LAW Absolute is currently working with a top international law firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate and ECM lawyer to join their team on an interim basis . The role will start asap. The position has come about due to an increase in workload.

You will have experience of corporate M&A transactions and particular experience of equity capital markets, namely IPO and listings experience.  

Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities involved,  you will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in this area.
