Residential Property Lawyer - Due to organic growth, this leading East Kent firm have asked us to find them a further senior residential property lawyer, either solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join their expanding Legal 500 team.
About the Role
Joining a team of experts in their field you will be expected to manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases including new builds, re-mortgages, advise a prepare transfers of equity and tenancy agreements.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for solicitors with 5+ years relevant PQE and who are keen to actively develop the practice by networking and participating in marketing events. You will need to be:
- Energetic
- Personable with good client facing skills
- Ability to work well as part of a successful team.
