Are you a Senior Family Solicitor or Partner looking to join a leading organisation that is recognised across the North West for work supporting vulnerable families and children across the UK?
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Solicitor (ideally 8 years+ PQE) who has a wealth of experience dealing with Family Law (ideally childcare and childrens matters) to head up and lead the current department. You'll work alongside the other Senior Solicitors and Paralegals in the department and maintain a small caseload of your own, with support from team juniors.
Your main focus will be on leading the department as a whole. You will have responsibility for the delivery and compliance of all legal contracts, including price, quality and ensuring the teams KPIs are hit. You will be part of the higher management team and play a key role in the overall development plans to enable the organisation to reach its goals.
You will have previous managerial and Head of Department experience ideally. This role would suit an experienced Solicitor at Partner level looking to take on an exciting new challenge and be at the forefront of leading an already well established organisation develop.
