Property Litigation Solicitor

My client, an excellent Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join their offices in Stratford Upon Avon.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have a varied role which will involve a range of responsibilities, namely, managing your own caseload from inception to completion.

The caseload may include but not restricted to: Disputes between Landlord and Tenants, ownership disputes, restricted covenants, boundary issues and partnership disputes.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of handling your own caseload within this discipline and have excellent client care skills. Ideally, you will be a minimum of 5 years PQE and have great communication skills at all levels.
