Investment Funds Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a top 20 international law firm who have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Funds lawyer with bona fide funds experience to join their Funds team on a temporary basis starting asap.

The role will involve working on a range of investment funds including structuring, formation and in particular working with clients on bonda fide funds. You must have experience of working on bona fide debt funds as well as crowd funding as well as other asset holding structures.

The position is to start asap for an ongoing period and will be a remote working role for the full duration of the assignment. You will have heavy involvement in supporting the team in bona fide funds structures.  Due to the breadth of responsibility, complexity of work and autonomy in the role, you will have at least 3 years of experience.

This firm is ranked highly in Chambers and Partners as well as the Legal 500 and other international and UK directories for their work in this area.
