Corporate Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate - Central London.

Legal 500 law firm with offices in Central London and the South East are looking to recruit an experienced corporate solicitor in their corporate/commercial team at the London office.

The firm have an outstanding reputation for their quality of work and client base and they have an extremely low staff turnover as they offer far more flexibility and a more friendly culture than most other London law firms (this has always been the case even before the pandemic).

The corporate/commercial team in London deal with a variety of clients from SME's to large international firms.  Much of the work involves mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, partnership and joint venture agreements, along with some more general company commercial work too.

Applications are welcome from experienced solicitors who can work with very minimal supervision and because of this it is anticipated that you will have at least 4 years PQE and will have strong experience in M&A and corporate transactional work.  Any experience and an interest in business development would be a distinct advantage, as would any experience of supervising more junior colleagues.
