Corporate Lawyer, Investments

A private investment firm with a focus on impact investing and ESG is currently looking for a corporate lawyer to sit directly with the business supporting the energy team.  The role will focus on dealing with acquisition transactions as well as the finance elements of the deals including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documentation. You will manage legal risk whilst also working on sale and purchase and non-disclosure agreements and dealing with post-deal matters at Companies House.

We’re keen to hear from you if you are a qualified solicitor with around 2-5 years post qualification experience and have dealt with a broad range of relevant documentation. You should have strong private practice training and ideally some experience in-house. Any knowledge of acquiring assets in the energy sector would be advantageous.
