Corporate Associate 2 years+ PQE Nottingham

Major UK firm has a new opening to suit an experienced associate to join their corporate team in Nottingham.

Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, property and engineering / manufacturing.

The partners are now keen to appoint a solicitor or associate with a minimum of 2 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a corporate lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the East Midlands from another regional centre or London.

With at least 2 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and exposure to good sized transactions. Experience of M&A work and general corporate advisory matters would be beneficial.
