Residential Property Solicitor | 2-3 years PQE | North Hampshire

Our client, a well established and successful legal practice are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team in North Hampshire.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be a minimum of 2-3 years PQE and will have the ability to handle a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will deal with property matters including:

* Freehold / leasehold

* Sales & purchase

* Re-mortgages

* New build

You will have excellent client care skills and will be able to build and maintain client relationships in addition to having great organisational and communication skills.

The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
