Residential Property Lawyer | Chippenham

Our client, a friendly and dynamic legal practice located in Chippenham are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy and expanding department on a permanent basis.

The successful Property Lawyer will have a minimum of 2+ years experience handling a busy Residential Conveyancing caseload dealing with Sales and Purchase, Freehold, leasehold and Landlord and Tenant matters.

You will have excellent client care and organisational skills and be able to work in a team environment.

The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.

Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancer with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
