A reputable, professional legal practice is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy Commercial and Property department in Frome.
The Commercial Solicitor’s caseload will include:
- Commercial leases
- Commercial licences
- Commercial property
- Business acquisitions and sales
- Shareholder and partner agreements
- Commercial contracts
The successful Commercial Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Extensive knowledge and experience of managing a busy and complex caseload from inception to completion with minimal supervision
