This leading regional law firm are busier than ever and are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team based in Gloucester. This is an opportunity for a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months experience to apply to join a well recognised team who are very supportive of individual career development.

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
LOCATION: Gloucestershire
SALARY: Starting salary of £20,000, this may increase if you are able to show a greater level of experience

THE ROLE:
The successful residential conveyancing paralegal will be required to assist fee earners within a busy property department. This role requires excellent organisation and time management skills along with the ability to prioritise workload. You must know the conveyancing process from inception to completion and have worked in a similar environment in previous roles.
This is a chance to work in one of the most successful teams in the firm who are genuinely supportive of junior members of staff and are keen to assist with their career progression.

THE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL MUST HAVE:
• Prior experience of assisting on conveyancing transactions;
• A sound knowledge of the conveyancing process;
• Experience of using various case management systems;
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and both independently;
• Excellent client care skills.
