Corporate Solicitor A Corporate Associate is sought by this national law firm based in Nottingham. The role of Corporate Solicitor has arisen in order to continue the development of the team as instructions from clients continue to increase.
The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. This will have been gained with a strong regional or national law firm. The team act on matters such as:
-General M&A
-Private Equity
-Corporate Finance
-MBOs and MBIs
-Corporate Due Diligence
The client base of the team will offer the opportunity to work on both domestic and international transactions.
