FAMILY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
A Family Lawyer is required to join this busy family team in Oxford (ranked in the Legal 500, Chambers directory and eprivate client top family law firms). You will have experience of and typically be involved in the following, divorce and financial cases including assisting in matters of parties with high net worth. Private law children disputes and litigation, including those with serious allegations requiring fact finding hearings to be undertaken. Cohabitation disputes including those requiring contested TLATA 1996 proceedings. Non-contentious family law work including pre and post-nups, cohabitation agreements and Declarations of Trust. Business development activities in the Oxford legal and referrer communities. You will also, as part of the role, be required to provide assistance in large, valuable or complex cases conducted by the firms London office. You will be a core part of the team and able to access the technology, support and resources you require. You will demonstrate strong technical competence and intellectual ability (an intention or willingness to undertake the Resolution Accredited Specialist qualification would be welcomed). Confident and personable, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrable experience of managing relationships with colleagues (including those in other legal disciplines) and third party introducers of work. IT literate (you will receive training on our Practice Management System, Peppermint and Document Management System, iManage).
