Court of Protection Solicitor - Liverpool

We are working with a regional firm on a Court of Protection role in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is keen to take on a role offering career development in a well supported environment.

The Role:
* Court of Protection Solicitor
* All aspects of Professional Deputyship matters from application to dealing with the administration of the Deputyship, including client visits
* Preparing and submitting lay deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
* Providing advice regarding Deputyship to union clients via the free legal advice service
* Procurement and management of assets
* Good working hours in a friendly office

The Candidate:
· Qualified Court of Protection solicitor
· Grade B or Grace C
· Ability to work as a team-player but also autonomously
