Adult Social Care Lawyer

Calling all Adult Social Care Lawyers! Sellick Partnership are currently seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the North West.

The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:

• Safeguarding
• Mental health
• Ordinary residence
• COP
• Care home debts

This position will initially begin on a 3 month basis, but it is likely that the role will continue to 6 months and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately for full-time work, although applicants who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered.

The successful candidate will have the option of a flexible working pattern, with remote working whilst Covid restrictions are in place.
