BANKING SOLICITOR- BIRMINGHAM-2+PQE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an associate to join a leading legal 500firm.

You will be able to work closely with the partners and associates as well as the wider national team on their matters and will be heavily involved in some high value transactions.

The successful candidate will have some experiences in a banking and finance discipline. You will have experience liaising with borrowers, lenders and investors on the full transaction lifecycle and be confident reviewing and managing conditions precedent processes, drafting and negotiating security documents, drafting facility agreements (both LMA and non-LMA form), negotiating intercreditor arrangements and any other matters relating to live lending transactions. The team manages a large number of transactions at any one time and with a swift turnover of matters an eye for detail and confidence in dealing with client and solicitors alike are absolute requirements.
