CORPORATE SOLICITOR - FLEXIBLE WORKING!

A Legal 500 regional firm have a new exciting vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor in their office in London. 

The Firms Corporate department are continuing to go from strength to strength and have recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE to join the team due to growth.

The Corporate Department has a broad client base from start-ups and sole traders to large owner-managed businesses, private partnerships and public limited companies. You will deal with sales and purchases of businesses, M&A, admissions to the AIM Market, corporate finance, company and partnership formation and corporate restructuring. The team act for companies across a variety of sectors including hospitality, entertainment, healthcare and energy.

You will be a Corporate Solicitor with over 4 years PQE. You should have good experience of handling a Corporate Caseload of sales and purchases of businesses. It is essential that you are confident in working independently on transactions.
