Leading FTSE listed Financial Services organisation are looking to recruit an In House Solicitor to provide high quality legal advice and manage legal risk across the group

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will support all transactions and specialist projects within the Group which includes supporting the integration and restructure of life companies and insurance portfolios acquired through M&A will advise on insurance and pension issues including with-profits matters as well as advising the business partners, the wider legal team,and stakeholders about all relevant matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a UK qualified Solicitor and have a strong financial services background with relevant exposure to pensions and insurance and/or reinsurance either gained in-house or through private practice. A sound understanding of pensions and insurance would be beneficial.
