- Managing the firmwide client listing programme
An exciting opportunity has arisen with on of the international law firms to head up their client listing programme. You will be reporting into the Head of Client Development and working closely with the wider business development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a firm who believe clients should be at the heart of everything they do.
The Client Listening Manager will be responsible for working internationally across all offices of the firm, significantly increasing the volume and impact of their client listening activity by shaping a new approach to client feedback which embeds client feedback throughout the client journey; using insights from client listening to drive strategic change and engagement across the business; and embedding a new client feedback platform, and delivering analysis and reporting of client insights to management.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated Manager with excellent communication, project management and analytical skills. This role requires a proven track record in managing client feedback programmes and the successful candidate needs to be able to gain swift credibility with stakeholders in order to coach and influence behaviours.
