Your new company
Leading FTSE listed Financial Services organisation are looking to recruit an In House Counsel to provide high quality legal advice and manage legal risk across the group. This is a new role created to support a growing team where you will truly partner the current team but report into the senior legal counsel and the general counsel function more generally.

Your new role
Working alongside the other legal counsel, you will act as a transactional lawyer for associated reinsurance transactions and to support the management on those transactions will provide legal support to the group's BPA team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a UK qualified Solicitor and have a strong financial services background with relevant exposure to pensions and insurance and/or reinsurance either gained in-house or through private practice. A sound understanding of BPA is essential.
