- Ensure the development of clear, consistent and quality deliverables
- Provide both operational and strategic support that directly influences how the Programme responds to the needs of the business, the wider Bank and external stakeholders
- Manage a member of the team
Profile
Stakeholder Engagement Adviser

Essential:
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work closely with the Policy team and be able to communicate complex information
- Excellent judgement and problem solving skills to regularly analyse complex material
- Outstanding ability to advise senior individuals on area of expertise and good upward management
Ideally:
- Previous experience of working within a large transformation programme
