Property Litigation Solicitor - This position offers huge potential for a mild level solicitor looking to further their career. Our clients are an established practice who have retained their traditional values over the years, however, adhere to a 21st century approach.
About the Role
Based at their offices on the Surrey/ Southwest London border; our client now seeks a further litigation solicitor to join their team. They are looking for candidates with c.3-5 years relevant PQE on a range of property litigation matters. The role is predominantly property litigation, acting for landlords and management companies for properties in prime central London. The caseload will include service charge disputes, breaches of covenant, claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act, boundary disputes, contested lease extension, enfranchisement matters and providing general advice relating to property matters. In addition to property litigation, you will be expected to deal with general contractual disputes, tort claims (excluding personal injury) and business disputes.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a pragmatic individual who has broad knowledge and expertise in commercial and property litigation matters. You will need to have:
- 3-5 years’ PQE
- Strong technical ability
- Commercially astute
- Excellent client services skills
- A keen interest in business development and marketing
