Employment Law Solicitor - Remote Working Consultancy Role

A well established private practice law firm in the City of London is looking for assistance from an experienced Employment Law Solicitor on a consultancy basis, which will be an on-going contract.

The requirement is to start as soon as possible, and is to deal with all employment law related matters that come into the firm from their clients. This would be on an ad-hoc basis, therefore it would just require you to deal with the matters when they come in.

The caseload consists of general employment law matters including but not limited to TUPE, discrimination, restrictive covenants, termination of employment, advising on employment aspects of business sales & purchases etc.

The role is a mix of claimant and respondant work, therefore experience in both will be necessary. Any international law experience would be desirable, but not a necessity.

This is a remote working role.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' experience of handling an employment law caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
