Pure Search are instructed on a rare opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer to enter the media space.

The Company:

Our client is one of the leading law firms internationally in the media, technology, retail and brands space. Working with clients ranging from music producers and Premier League football clubs through to international digital advertising companies and multinational restaurant groups, this is an incredibly varied opportunity which will act as a platform for any entrepreneurial junior corporate associate to break into the media space.

The Role:

This is a very broad corporate role including M&A, corporate finance, shareholder agreements, restructuring and reinvestment advice. The team has a significant focus on working with media, sports, technology, retail, advertising and fashion clients and therefore, you will gain broad exposure across the full range of sectors.

The team offers an incredibly entrepreneurial culture, working with a range of domestic and international clients. You will join a high-calibre corporate team working on some of the most interesting and high-profile matters in the corporate media space. You will be afforded high levels of responsibility from an early stage and be afforded significant freedom over how you develop your career with the firm.

About You:

You will have gained at least 12 months experience in a broad corporate role including private M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate advisory. You will be looking to build on your experience with a sector focus that is of genuine interest to you. Previous experience working with technology, media and sports clients would be beneficial. You should have a consistently strong academic background, a relaxed outlook and a genuine desire to build a long-term career across the media and entertainment sector.
