They are a truly prominent player in the legal sector and have been in growth mode for the last three years. They are currently looking to recruit experienced Commercial Solicitors in to their busy Bristol Technology/IP team to complement their already impressive offering.

Your new role
The firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor with 2 years plus PQE to join the Technology & IP team, where you will draft and negotiate the full range of IT and IP related contracts undertaken by the team and advise on associated IP issues and take an active role in client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, dynamic and fast growing team working with innovative national clients on significant IT projects. The role will give you good exposure to the work you want to do, giving you a platform to really grow your practice and evolve.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor, having post qualified experience (or as part of your training contract) in commercial, technology and IP contracts, and experience of working on secondments and/or in-house positions will be an advantage. You must be passionate about your work and raising the profile of your team and firm. You will have trained and worked within a leading firm and have a demonstrable track record of supporting organisations and their partners.
