We are working with an Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.

The East Midlands office of a national private practice.

Description

You will be joining a leading Corporate team who advise on a range of Corporate matters from M&A work through to reorganisations. The team act for a range of clients from PLCs through to regional OMBs.

The national Corporate practice is highly rated and you would be working alongside some very experienced Corporate Lawyers.

This is an opportunity to join a team with a busy pipeline of M&A and Corporate work and be given a lot of responsibility in terms of helping run deals and work on the key documents such as drafting the SPA. You would get supervision on complex matters but it would be envisaged that you would take a leading role on some transactions and have plenty of direct client contact.

The team has embraced flexible working during the pandemic and there would be remote working.

Profile

It's likely that you will have at least 2 years' experience in Corporate work as a qualified solicitor.
