Our client is looking to appoint a Contracts Advisor to work in their small In-house legal function. Working with the Legal Manager you will deal with drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.

Description
The Contracts Advisor will work closely with the Manager. They will draft and advise on a range of contracts including terms and conditions. You will ensure files are kept up to date and develop and implement policy; ensuring the businesses licensing contracts and agreements conform to best practice and meet business and service requirements.
Profile
You will already be working as a Contracts advisor and have a law qualification. You will have strong academics and you will be confident at advising on contracts and have strong drafting skills.
