Paralegal/Opportunity for Trainee Solicitor

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting treasury and capital Markets legal team in relation to the legal aspects of funding and securitisation transactions.
• Assisting commercial and product legal teams
• Assisting in all aspects of the company secretarial function

Applicants are expected to demonstrate the following:

Two years plus PQE paralegal experience

Strong academics and excellent communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to changing priorities and a demanding workload

Financial services experience advantageous but not essential.

Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
