NQ In House Solicitor - Financial Services

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting treasury and capital Markets legal team in relation to the legal aspects of funding and securitisation transactions.
• Assisting commercial and product legal team
• Assisting in all aspects of the company secretarial function

Applicants are expected to demonstrate the following:

NQ Solicitor happy to take on company secretarial as well as legal work

Strong academics and excellent communication skills

Good law firm background

Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to changing priorities and a demanding workload

Able to work with senior stakeholders.
