Residential Plots Solicitor or Legal Executive - 2+PQE - Multi Office Legal 500 Firm - Birmingham This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi office legal 500 firm based in the heart of the Midlands
The Role
* Acting for house builders and individual purchasers of new build homes
*Running your own plot sales and plot purchase caseload from reservation to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process
*Opening matter on case, preparing reservation paperwork and sending out to buyer's solicitor/client
*Reviewing titles and searches, raising queries and checks replies
*Dealing with all post completion requisitions
preparing and checking exchange and completion paperwork and statements and passing to SCE for sign off
