The opportunity
- Opportunity for a 0-5 PQE Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a renowned employment team in Newcastle.
- You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team whilst being exposed to a broad range of mainly respondent matters.
- You will help businesses with strategic planning/reorganisations, employment tribunal and high court advice, TUPE/transactional support, executive severance, equality and diversity and other general HR related matters.
- You will manage and conduct employment tribunal claims
The requirements-
- You will be a junior lawyer, NQ-5 PQE with experience running a caseload of employment matters
- You will work well as part of a team
- You will have attention to detail
- You will have experience hosting training events and manage/conduct tribunal matters
