The opportunity-
- An opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor 2-5PQE to join a leading global firm in Newcastle
- You will be based in Newcastle but will work with Partners in London
- You will be exposed to a broad range of matters, including but not limited to; Acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, Agricultural lands, Commercial and industrial leasing and Construction and engineering.
- You will be part of a top tier Legal 500 team
Requirements-
- Experience obtained at a top Real Estate firm
- Prior experience handling a wide range of commercial property, development and investment transactions.
- Experience of acting for other important players in teh real estate industry such as investors, financiers and occupiers.
- Experience of energy and infrastructure projects is an advantage but not essential.
