PRIVATE CLIENT - Private Client Solicitor (3 Years + PQE) - A cracking opportunity with real potential at a substantial Nottingham firm. -This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multi office legal 500 law firm based in Nottingham .
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE and have the ability to manage a full caseload and have experience of dealing with all types of private client matters including:
Wills
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Tax planning
Probate and Estate Administration
Declarations of Trust
Court of Protection
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities you will also be encouraged to generate your own new leads and work with our extensive residential property team to build your caseload. The STEP qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
