Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Birmingham
An excellent, reputable legal 500 firm based in central Birmingham is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team within Corporate Litigation.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s responsibilities:
- Dealing with highly complex, high value, multi-track litigation
- Handling the entire litigation process working with specialist courts
- Working on a range of files such as Commercial and Contractual Disputes relating to sectors such as Health and Social care, Local authorities, and other businesses
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 4 years+ PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Demonstratable experience handling your own caseload
- Mediation experience is essential for this position
